Narwhal ones are too tactical. Only traditional rhino horns are allowed but they must be registered and under 5 inches (low capacity) and painted bright safety orange or yellow, no tactical black.

You would be in more trouble here for the narwhal tusk than for anything else! The brit guy is just getting clobbered for trying to defend himself! Here they would throw the book at you because a narwhal tusk is illegal, and then because you violated the criminal's civil rights to your property, and then because you violated his right to "protest"...

(look at the penalties involved for the marine mammal protection act... ick!)
