Is there still a Gander in Lakeville? I thought it was changed to a camping world?

It could be - I haven't been there for close to a year. About the closest I get to that place is when I go to Fleet Farm, and then I'm paying more attention to the other idiots on the road than I am to store signage.

It's kind of a moot point, though, as both stores fall under the same Marcus Lemonis umbrella.

Yeah, I think it is a camping world but they still have a gun counter. Sometimes deals are to be found in the used gun case. They generally have some really skeezy used guns, like freckled with rust and massive surface wear, like 3rd world police trade-ins but there are also a few presumably local trade-ins as well that can be in nice shape. Worth the stop if you're in the area for sure. They haven't had much for ammo during the panic but I haven't paid super close attention to that there.

Ok , that is what I am asking. Thank you. I understand they are the same company but you will not find guns or ammo at the one in Monticello.

Not familiar with Monticello. Did the CW up there start life as a Gander Mountain? If not, that may be why they don't carry guns/ammunition.

Nope, it was always RVs. Lakeville is along way from me so just wanted to make sure before I head there it was not RVs only now.

Just remember, ammo always “under counter “ .
You have to ask and persist when asking about ammo.
And they lie to keep ammo for people they prefer over you.
