Your fight re this is whether the NFA is constitutional or not.

If a full auto gun is legal to all, then this is illegal.

If a full auto gun should be restricted, then means to get around the ban are equally illegal.

In this situation, if you want a machine gun, pony up the $$$ and get the tax stamp, or fight that you should need to do so.

Arguing that FRT is a change is fundamentally granting they have the right to restrict full auto. Logically, you’ve got yourself into a corner. To the average guy on the street, a “doodad” that makes a gun fire multiple shots per manual trigger pull is making a machine gun.

I get that ATF said otherwise at one time. Are you claiming our benevolent overlords never make a mistake?

I’d save our political capital for more strategic use.
