iirc there's a sneaky little "manufactured as" qualification? If they don't just end up insisting you're shouldering the tube and thus it's an SBR.

Not a lawyer, but I actually read the document :roll:

So did I. As well as several reviews by lawyers. The ambiguity is quite significant in said document.

It will get overturned on a challenge. The ATF screwed themselves with that document plus others they posted.
