Brian, I'm curious to hear your thoughts on the Hoffman Tactical Super Safety. This is a forced reset action and still requires a trigger pull for every shot. I'm guessing the gun grabbers were not aware of this or they would have worded it to include forced reset style triggers.

Interestingly, the AFT didn't even go after these devices as they did some of the others recently. So on a Federal level, it seems to fall into a nice gap. What do you think of this tech and our new rule in MN?


I'm not sure if this is legal or not. It is our opinion that forced reset triggers are covered by the 2023 change in wording in this statute.

I'd advise you to seek advice from competent counsel with expertise in this area.
