I believe the fault lies with the supervisors of the 911 department and the Police Chief. Clearly a lack of training. One needs not to be harassed for exercising their rights.

I think he needs a smaller carry platform. Smaller holster if that is the only firearm. Mexican style if you don't value your boy parts?
