Could you please let me know where crime is guaranteed to never happen? That would be fantastic.

You could look at the Maxpedition line of bags or the Wildness Packer ( I think that's what it is called). I'm sure you know we carry Maxpedition and they do have the cool factor going form them.

On a bicycle trainer in your living room. Even if something did happen outside, you could just leave the gun on a coffee table for rapid deployment. :D

But my living room has a serious lack of bikini clad 20 year old wimmins, where as the lakes do not.

Sounds like a personal problem you might need to work on.

Well if that's the objective then the only option (as someone else already suggested) is to go with the Thunder Carry. Might as well give the ladies an impressive bulge, or the moose toe, to look at and get curious.

What? And I suppose your living room is just swarming with women in bikinis?

I already have some impressive bulges (none of them in the right spots however), which is exactly why I'm on the bike to begin with.

Back on track from a much appreciated drift........

Does anyone have a shoulder rig they wouldn't mind lending me for a trial? (so I'm not tempted to buy a Galco Miami Classic on a whim)

I'm waiting for Goalie to pitch in here, it seems to me that he has posted about riding his bike a whole bunch. :hmm:

I have a Miami Classic for a Sig 226... Don't know if that will work for you but you are welcome to try it.

I also have Uncle Mike's cheap nylon setup that may fit your 1911... If it works, you can have it... I have never used it and doubt I ever will.

Have you considered the holster T-shirt from 5.11. Same spot as a shoulder holster, getting the gun out from under your biking jersey may be slow.

biking, meh, go buy a proper car and then you can still cruise past the bikini clad lovelys whilst wearing mens clothes that allow you to carry your weapon of choice, hehe, of course my lard a$$ could seriously do with ignoring my snarky ridicule and go run around a few lakes too right now, I still cant seem to shift that winter weight from 1998 and up

I've always been a bit leery of those. Do they do a good job of retention? I'd hate to have the firearm pop out at 20 mph and come to a skidding stop in fromt of some anti's child. Will it be a problem that I'm not a chisled Adonis like the guys in the magazines modeling these things? I'm afraid that due to my doughy build that the shirt won't do it's job.
