Insecure login?

Postby Lumpy on Wed Sep 06, 2023 1:23 pm

After never having had a problem before, the Malwarebytes program is insisting that mnguntalk's login page is insecure. I'm more likely to attribute this to updates to Malwarebytes than the board, but moderators might want to reconfirm that the board isn't infected with any malware.

Insecure login?

This site is insecure in that it doesn’t use HTTPS (encryption), all traffic including your login credentials is in clear text. Most browsers are trying to force HTTPS, but can’t if a website doesn’t support it.

Is there any reason that the site doesn’t have a cert? You can get them free through Let’s Encrypt. I have some experience setting that up to auto renew if there is any interest.
