I have been slowly accumulating my reloading supplies for the past couple months.
I now have basically everything I need, so I had to build a bench.
I used mostly lumber I already had on hand so it didn't cost very much. (if you had to buy everything maybe $60)
What is nice about this design is that it goes together pretty quick after making all the cuts.
It is also very sturdy (once you attach it to the wall).
pair of 2x4's and a 1x4 ripped in half

got some fiber board laminate shelving, cut them to 18".
They can be wider but you need to add some bracing, they tend to sag if there is too much weight on them.

Then three 2x6's glued and screwed to some plywood, then attached to the pair of shelves.

Then glued and nailed a piece of plywood to the top of the 2x6's, and finally one more sheet of plywood to the entire back of the whole works. which I screwed into the wall studs.

The dimensions: 6' wide, 18" deep and 42" tall. It is a bit on the small side but I could take up too much more space in the basement. I already have a much larger work bench, plus some old desks.

I just have to seal the wood, and attach my two presses.
