Don't buy into it. The antis are hoping that we'll back off, which we never ever should. We need to keep up the pressure and actually increase it for stronger gun rights.

It covers firearms that are manufactured, sold/purchased, and KEPT within the State's borders.
Since the guns never cross the state line, they do NOT fall under Federal interstate commerce laws and can't be restricted by ATFE, and the Sheriff's will not allow the Feds to touch THOSE guns.
