Ahhh, this is clearly unlawful, and the issuing PD needs to be called on it.
I live in Mounds VIew, and the last P2P I got was done in the time it took me to drive 5 blocks, get a chocolate milk shake from BK, and drive back. One before that was done before I had driven the few blocks to get home, and she called and asked If I wanted it mailed or to pick it up. Clearly, some cities take the law and service from a different point of view.
