Do what everybody else does with their new years resolutions, break them in the first week :)

Personally, I'm one purchase in. Well, sort of. The shop has my money, and a 4473 form. Just waiting on the Delay to change to Proceed.

Oh geeze, I know some dealers like to collect money before they take the time to process the arduous 4473 paperwork. But, it seems backwards to me.
As a buyer, I like to know that I have a proceed before my money gets involved in the deal.
Who Knows? In the meantime I might find a motorcycle that is better for me than that firearm.

Time to raise your goals! You can do better than this.

As a follow up. They wanted partial money down, as a deposit. I think it was 15% or something small like that, NBD. I'm sure if the NICS query turned to a Denial, I'd either get store credit or thrown back on my card.

Regardless, just a couple day delay and the adoption papers for my .40 Sig SP2022 were cleared. :)
