Crap, I just reached the 2014 limit of 1 I set for myself four days ago! What to do now

Do what everybody else does with their new years resolutions, break them in the first week

Personally, I'm one purchase in. Well, sort of. The shop has my money, and a 4473 form. Just waiting on the Delay to change to Proceed.

Oh geeze, I know some dealers like to collect money before they take the time to process the arduous 4473 paperwork. But, it seems backwards to me.
As a buyer, I like to know that I have a proceed before my money gets involved in the deal.
Who Knows? In the meantime I might find a motorcycle that is better for me than that firearm.

As a follow up. They wanted partial money down, as a deposit. I think it was 15% or something small like that, NBD. I'm sure if the NICS query turned to a Denial, I'd either get store credit or thrown back on my card.

Regardless, just a couple day delay and the adoption papers for my .40 Sig SP2022 were cleared.
