Wait a minute. What do you mean by the "Hennepin county's fingerprints"? Are you telling me you were printed for your PTC??????????
Anyone else, please chime in. I just recently moved to Minneapolis from NYC. I had my original permit from ny (which took a year to get approved, and that was 20 years ago), and I was finger printed then and also interviewed multiple times. When I applied for my MN PTC, I was not finger printed. I was also approved by Hennepin county in 6 days (got my permit in hand on the 7th day). The whole process seemed very strange to me. Can someone please elaborate?
Edit: after rereading the post, maybe Florida requires the prints and Hennepin county was required to take and send them to Florida for you??
