Always two sides to the story. Bottom line is that handicap parking spots are for those properly certified. You have a choice with any business, your fist priority should be to hire people who are qualified, competent and know what they are talking about. Second they should be pleasant and represent your brand/company well. Given the subject matter, I wonder how many people qualify on both points. You did something wrong, did the clerk explain to you how they were feeling and consider your busy schedule so they can decide if really, deep down, you are really a good person - no. But your expectations are misguided. If you want bubbly happy and totally customer service oriented, I'd suggest a fast food restaurant - I can almost guarantee that same employee won't know **** about guns or reloading. I'll take competent over cheery.
