Like I said above, I am cross-dominant, and I had no trouble shooting in the Corps. I shot lefty (with my good eye) most of the time, but I shot expert with the M16 right-handed before as well.
All BS aside, the BEST thing you can do to
fix it is to not do anything until you go to boot camp. The US Marine Corps has been teaching people how to hit what they aim at with a rifle for a long, long time. They know what they are doing. Anything you do now will likely need to be un-learned during basic, and, to be quite honest, teaching someone who is a clean slate is a helluva lot easier than teaching someone who has already shot rifles and has already learned differently than how the Marines want you to shoot.
And the people above giving the advice to get in shape are 100% correct. It is easier to learn how to be a Marine if you arrive with a decent level of fitness.
It turns out that what you have is less important than what you do with it.
