Have you tried some different ammo? Especially during the break in period of any auto loading firearms, the can be really ammo sensitive.
Also, before shooting these new guns are you field stripping them per your user manual? Firearms are packed in a heavier that normal storage grease. Getting that off, and a quality gun lube in can make a huge difference.
Don't be in such a rush to send the thing back to the manufacturer. Diagnose the problem, a shocking amount are user caused.
