Yeah, the cocobolo that came with the gun are awfully nice looking, but I ordered a set of CZ factory rubber grips for comfort, and to keep the wood grips in good shape.

You're wrong, 1911 breath!! The CZ pistol design is an improvement on the Browning 1935 Hi-Power. Just reverse the rails on the frame and slide, and you got a CZ (more or less...) The barrel hookup and also the field strip procedures for the 1911 are completely different from a CZ. They're virtually identical to the Browning Hi-Power.
