Photos from our night out with Oleg

Postby Michael Martin on Thu Aug 27, 2009 12:38 pm

Hey gang, I've got a few photos back from Oleg, from our night out at the Gopher...

A very serious Sam and a less serious DonL

Sara (my wife) with Westberg peaking around the corner...

And it wasn't all just fun and games. Here, ttousi explained for everyone the first step in a proper draw:

and I'm pretty sure that in this one, he was trying to help Sara with her stance (but I'm not sure what stance it was...)

And a couple more...

I have a few others, but wanted to ask permission to post them - Strad, Macphisto and Srigs, I have some of you!

ttousi wasn't showing the first step of a draw, he was showing his first step in flashing.

Very cool pics. Too bad your group was not assembled when that string of bar robberies occured about 3~4 years ago around the St paul area.
A guy I worked with had an AR stuck in his ear in one of those robberies and like the rest of the patron's in the bar, lost his wallet and ID's; that's why I carry a throw away with some cash in it.

Regards,
Charlie

Looks like everyone had a good time. I wish I could make more of these, but with my work schedule and our 5 month of baby.....not much time left. :-)
Or sleep for that matter. :-(

Go ahead with mine, as long as they don't make me look fat.

"Hey fellas, does this picture make me look fat?" "No strad, your enormous ass makes you look fat." :rotf:

And I can't be sure, but I thought I heard some buzz on Oleg's blog, about Oleg's "hot new model, with the enormous ass". But, they might have been talking about someone else. :)

I have one of Vlad's IWB holsters and have to say I forget a full size Govt model is there, and a commander just disappears, ( a couple of nights ago, I slept for 4 hours on the sofa and forgot I had the gun on till I woke.

I'm done drilling now, I guess good MN cooking, and just not as active, well I get bodyfat % everymonth and I pass, I can also pass the PFT and CFT and that's all matter, got expert on my rifle qaul, so still looks alright on paper, I might not be as lean or as fast as the younger Marines but I can keep up and that's all it matters, thinking about going into the "Coasties" next but currently they are so full they will not take priorservice
