October Steel Shoot

This month's shoot is early, but, shoot time is almost on us, it's time to stand up and be counted.

Who's coming to the Steel SHoot next Saturday?

Pinnacle can't make the Shoot, but is inviting all of us to drop by his house afterwards to drink a beer, burn a burger and tell lies.

I can't make it this month. Mtka IDPA is having a classifier that I need to shoot.

I haven't yet decided between Minnetonka IDPA and the steel shoot. I wish I could do both.

Barring a wonderful change in circumstances in the next few days I won't be able to make this one. I may be able to make a beer and bull session afterwards.

The Jolly Boys Outing is starting at mine then Mac's and over to Brits Then to hammArs and get him and a friend then were going to get Pat Cannon, then we shall get to Hutch

So after i counted my toes and fingers it is me +6 cause i forgot we aare brining the Half Yank aswell

So no Chilli and no beer the night before for those who are riding with me

I am a little overbooked that day, the north breakfast, Mtka IDPA and the steel shoot. I would bet on me being at the classifier as I really need to shoot one.

If the weather is ugly perhaps the breakfast. So I am probably a no.

I would normally love to check this out with you guys, learn a lot, get teased a lot, and generally have a good time, but unfortunately it's my Mother's birthday.

But, I might be able to make it for burgers. Besides, I'd like to get to know more of you face to face.

If I find a holster I’ll be there. This will be the first time I have done any “organized” shooting, so I might be a little slow. Are steel targets easier to hit than paper ones?

A holster for what kind of gun??

Steel targets aren't any easier, but they make a nice "ting" when they get hit. The others just fall down, unless one is using a 9MM.
