Federal Brass - difficulty seating some primers

if its already been covered, ignore me, I didn't read the second page...

Much of the .45 FED ammo that I've gotten from the seconds room was crimped. I'm not sure why they are doing this, might be for some contract stuff then extra spilled over onto the public market.
