I had plans for a bench, the ex-wife had her boyfriend make it for me. I really did like it. Would have kept it if it weren't for the fact who she had make it for me. .

Was built a little on the tall side at 44 inch bench height. Better to have it too tall than to have to add height to it.

The top was dovetailed so that the mounting boards would slide in and hold the press in place.

None of you has a 6" long scar at the base of their spine that goes halfway to their belly-button. Seated in a good lumbar support chair is the only option for me.

True enough, but I have.....well you saw. So sitting is the way for me. Actually I mounted the presses close together on the right side of the bench since I can't work to the left, as there's no place for my pathetic leg.

OK, we're back to talking about reloading, good. I stand, just because that's how high my existing work bench was. I bet that's the case with a majority of reloaders. I think I want to get one those cushioned floor mats, but so far I haven't had enough components at once to wear myself out.

I don't have room for a shop so I set up at my kitchen counter to reload. When I'm done I take everything down and put it away. So I stand.
