I could be interested in a class depending on time & cost.

My experience level:
(expired) First aid/CPR, (former) Medic in the US Army.

I'd be interested depending on location and time.

Previous experience EMT basic 15 years ago, expired CPR/AED 2 yrs ago.

My wife may be interested too, she has a bit of experience in the field.

I talked with Dave tonight...he says the first thing we need to do is set up a venue, so we can tell how many people we can fit into the facility.

He'd like to limit the size of the class, depending on the facility. We'd be doing a small amount of hands-on skill training, so a huge class would be detrimental to everybody.

If we get a lot of interest, we could always set up another class.

He lives out near Watertown. Any ideas on somewhere west/central for a venue?

Good luck with that. :P

How does everybody feel about a venue in Cologne, just west of Chaska?

Well I had to look it up to see where it is, but what the heck, I drive further than that to go shooting.

I drove further to get my p2c (the instructor changed venue after I registered, due to class size).

The new 212 highway makes it a short trip...from the southwest corner of 494 in Eden Prairie it would be about 20 minutes.

Don't know yet what the class would cost, but the venue would be free.

Okay, the venue's ours if we want it.

I'll talk to Dave again this week about setting up a date, and the cost.

Talked to Dave tonight. He says the cost would be $20-$25 each, depending on the size of the class.

He thinks a 2-hour class would do it.

We can have the venue any time except Sunday.

Depending on Dave's work schedule, any evening or any Saturday would be fine. He'll be out of town for a while, so we're looking at April or May.

Any suggestions for a date?
