WTB - Fixed power scope, adj. objective, 10X, 12X, etc.

I am in need a fixed power scope with adjustable objective in the 10X or larger power range. Would like to find a new or like new Weaver 15X, they are discontinued, but if anyone has one of these on their shelf, I would be interested. Also a Burris 12X would be very good, but a Leupold might be a little more than I want to spend, unless you have one heck of a deal for me.

For those that are curious, this scope is going on a CZ 452 heavy barrel Varmint in .17 Mach 2.

The Bushnell 10X, 3200 is on my list, but that has the SF instead of the AO. From what I have read, I think I want to stay with an AO.

Just curious why the AO instead of SF?

I just got a center point from Sportsman's Guide. Supposedly this thing is sold at Walmart too. I don't know if the AO is really worth it on these inexpensive scopes. I am noticing they are only making a difference from 3 ft to 150 yards. Suppose that's what a guy wants for a .17 hmr or .22 LR. I put mine on a .243 and it's not really what I need. Something that will adjust for 100-600 yards.
This scope will NOT fit onto a LA rifle without a one piece base.

I have looked through the scope on a moon lit night with the illuminated reticle, THAT is nice. Low setting on green puts enough light on the reticle to see it in most conditions without washing out the target area.

I have read that the clarity and light gathering is more of an issue with SF, one more lens and a bigger quality issue on the lesser priced scopes than an AO. True or not, not sure, but I have been satisfied with the larger fixed powered scopes with AO.

That must be long ago, it isn't cataloged anymore on the Tasco web site. I know Tasco made some fixed 24x and I think 36X, but don't remember a fixed 12X.
