Cabela's sells a double thickness belt for under 30, HOWEVER< you really need to go try them on, as the card that says what size they are seems attached by blind or handicapped. FJ and I went out there and one 34 almost fit him and a 42 was too short, and he's not that big. Go try them, otherwise they are great belts for the money.
IF you spend a lot of time during the day sitting or riding in a car, and have any kind of a belly, the reduced or tapered ends (like the bottom belt in the upper picture of three, will really cut down on the digging in and discomfort that can happen. I have two Milt Sparks belts that I love, both are cut downs and they have worn like iron. Pricey, but worth every penny in the long run.
Also, getting a holster that has the slots cut to your belt size makes a huge difference,
