Well, I guess I don't really care. I only have one Glock and it's not my favorite gun. Reliable and accurate enough but it has no soul...

What gives a gun "soul". I'd rather own/carry one that is going to SAVE my soul.
May I assume you're not here to inquire about the alcohol or the tobacco?

Seems like my OD glocks just went up in value!

Why? Even Glock realizes nobody wants them :P

He's kinda right though... Once they're "No longer available" they current supply should sell out fast... I don't think anyone is going to pay above retail to get one though....

A few guns with "soul" come to mind, guns that give you a certain feeling because of their craftsmanship and enduring beauty. Guns like a Colt Peacemaker or Python, older classic 1911's and many others of similar vintage.

Will they save your soul? Sure.

I am not a Glock hater, I carry one when I go to the urban areas even though it has as about as much soul as a stapler. Why? Because it's high capacity and always goes bang. But, it's still just a bullet launcher with no soul...

Another one with soul is the Browning Hi Power, but I agree re: the Glock. My Glock 19 is squat, square, boxy, and reminds me of a crude wooden pistol I had when I was a kid. But it always goes "bang" when I pull the trigger and that's what I'd want if I needed it.

But what the heck do I know. I've been fortunate enough to not need it yet.
