Post em up! Let's see those reloading benches

I have a basic understanding of workflow on reloading, but there's a lot I don't know. How do you have your bench set up, and what do you like and dislike about your workspace?

Pics would be wonderful.

Never enough room.

+1 on that. When my friend and I started reloading (late last year), we thought we had a ton of room... We have now have 3 presses, I had to make a new bench, and we have bins all over the place for brass and bullets, etc, etc

I started with just two pieces of 2ft x 4ft 3/4in plywood, screwed together, on top of a 2x4 frame ... kinda wobbly ... but it got the job done.

#1 thing I didn't like about it was the lack of space.

Biggest problem with that was, I had everything I needed, on it. With separate shelves for a lotta stuff, ya can keep your bench a lot more clear (like mine!).

A deep bench takes up a lotta space ... but it sure is nice to be able to just shove **** towards the back.

I also really like having the akro-bins under the front ledge ... anything ya can do to keep them handy, would be a plus! Image

If it's strong enough, put a shelf as low as ya can, and towards the back ... and when ya buy bullets, put 'em all on that shelf ... helps keep it from wobbling.

If ya got little kids, ya might cipher a way to enclose underneath the bench, for primers, powder, and maybe even bullets and brass. Image

Otherwise, just figure to keep a good 8in - 12in clear on your bench to the left of your press ... and I usually find a good 6in - 8in on the right, purdy handy, too.

Here is the thread on my son and I putting the reloading room together. Don't remember if I ever posted a picture with everything in a miss place.

I really like it. It's on a hollow core door so the door could be broke down easy, but no keys to deal with and just pull the door closed when leaving the room. It is great for keeping the curious out. I bought this one at Lowes, but Home Depot or Menards would have them, they go on sale every once in a while.

I got her set up for maximum efficiency. There not as stable as they could be if I mounted them to the bench, but I like to keep my options open.

Heres the work horse.
