I have several, I'm not sure which one it is in, as it's been some time, for some reason the grim reaper book sticks in my mind I'll have to look when I get home.
I Know I'm not crazy about the sks firing pins... from wikipedia
While early Russian models had spring-loaded firing pins, most variants of the SKS have a free floating firing pin within the bolt
My google foo can't dig up crap on ak firing pin springs, other than the newer ones. So I'll have to make sure I'm not crazy when I get home.
