Need a source for EAA caliber conversion kits

Postby bob_h on Thu Oct 07, 2010 2:34 pm

Not too long ago I found a site offering EAA Witness caliber conversion kits for less than $200. I'll be darned if I can find it again. Can anybody help?

http://www.savvysurvivor.com/handguns_a ... ines_f.htm has had some good pricing but I don't know what it is like at this point - been a couple of years since I really checked out the site. tough to find if you have the older large frame.

I hate to say it, but Alex disappeared off the face of the earth years ago. Don't know why the website is still there, but he's been gone a long time. I actually got some 10mm hi-caps from him while the ban was still on, and as far as I know they were "trickling" into the country somehow during those years.

Conversion kits are available directly from EAA for 235 - 245 these days, which isn't bad for getting a whole new caliber of gun to fit on an existing frame.
