So with that said what are some of the creative ways you guys and gals have come up with to fund your firearms addictios? I'm thinkin about selling a kidney or a lung maybe. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated though!

Check! Next I need an ffl but as a Minneapolis resident I can't acquire a home based ffl. Thoughs on an affordable place to base an ffl would also be appreciated!

I wonder if they've thought to outlaw a Gunmobile, like the library Bookmobile. That would be cool. Have music like the ice cream trucks.

I like your style Cannon. I'm sure the ATF would agree it's a bulletproof business plan. Genius, I bet I could even write off the trunk portion of my car.

You need to re-think your entire strategy; Instead of trying to find a way to buy more guns, work on a plan to get someone else to do it for you:
Write a grant request/ proposal modeled after that popular bicycle-loaner program... I leave the details to you

Yes. Canturbury is having their Fall Classic this week. Now would be the time. Tomorrow it's Omaha Eight, as well as the usual, Hold dum. ... You've got all night to practice.

Another idea, just thinking out loud here, but you could go door to door pretending to be with the special Obama gun grabbing squad, and just try asking for them. Tell folks they're listed as gun owners and that you are there for the surrender. You'll probably have to really commit to pull it off, though. You know, get angry when they're not ready by the door and crassly remind them of all the letters they've received, strap a walkie-talkie to your clipboard, wear an earpiece and be sure to have several sets of handcuffs visible. And don't forget to cover your tracks. A Groucho mask, blue sharpie to alter your license plate and a conceal carry badge will do nicely here. YMMV.

Sorry but that's all I got. ... Oh, or become an instructor, of course.

Naw, pretty much once or twice a week 4-8 or 6-12 and hour a day on line. takes a few weeks for a new gun unless you really get the cards. tourneys are fun but too much hit or miss.

Being able to afford guns (or whatever) is less about income than it is about priorities. If your wife, house, and kids could be less-important to you...

This is why I created my own "man" savings account. Yes, I take a small percentage away from the grand total of my income, but I never take money from the joint account for my activities. I have also dumped gun money into the house account when needed.

It started off as something my father had done, because my mother would see any present and "oh, you spent too much on me" and then try to return it or get up set with my dad for spending money on her. My wife is the same way, and hates to get a present or spend money "when there are bills to pay", (my response, well, we aren't behind on anything, and there will always be bills to pay) So when I had direct deposit, i always pulled a hundred or so a paycheck and dumped into the savings account. I try to keep it up. I also am very careful to never take "spare" money out of other accounts for this stuff, as that always comes back to haunt me.

But on the other hand, it is real nice not to have mortgage payments at all.............then all that money has to go someplace else.......

All though provoking stuff. I could use a 3.75% mortgage, a wife that's not annoyed by my insatiable appetite for guns I don't need, and an icecream truck full of AK-47's. Keep it comin' guys you have my full attention!
