My second job at the woodshop funds my addiction. Cash the check into the house fund, hold back about 80-90% in cash, and use that dough for my next purchase and whatever stuff I don't need to run by the wife.

The wife's hobby brings in a little extra cash as well so she has her own fun money.

Yes. Canturbury is having their Fall Classic this week. Now would be the time. Tomorrow it's Omaha Eight, as well as the usual, Hold dum. ... You've got all night to practice.

Another idea, just thinking out loud here, but you could go door to door pretending to be with the special Obama gun grabbing squad, and just try asking for them. Tell folks they're listed as gun owners and that you are there for the surrender. You'll probably have to really commit to pull it off, though. You know, get angry when they're not ready by the door and crassly remind them of all the letters they've received, strap a walkie-talkie to your clipboard, wear an earpiece and be sure to have several sets of handcuffs visible. And don't forget to cover your tracks. A Groucho mask, blue sharpie to alter your license plate and a conceal carry badge will do nicely here. YMMV.

Soon as I stop fking up guns(they're mine not anyone else's) and figure out the intricacies to tuning a nice gun, I'll start charging for it.
Not that I've REALLY messed anything up bad, but there's a trial and error process. I also need to figure out silver soldering.

14 drill presses, 9 bridgeport mills, and 3 VMC's, I should be able to do something useful that people will pay for.
