I could be mistaken since I've had some wine and rum tonight... but posting times might be off compared to the settings in the user control panel. This message is submitted at 11:07pm CST +/-3seconds.

Does phbb require you manually disable DST?

yes, it's stupid. There is some way I can do it for everybody directly in the DB but I have to figure it out again.
