I can meet at 8:00, providing a last minute emergency does not pop up, name a place. I am familiar with where the Edina Perkins is but have not been there since it was shot up about 20 years ago. The only other breakfast places I am familiar with is Denny's and White Castle and I think the latter may be under renovation. I am game for any other place, just pick one and give an rough location.

It works for me, I'll be wearing a khaki shirt, blue jeans, blue and yellow jacket and a black baseball cap. My shift ends at 7:00AM, passing on info and changing into street clothes should finish by 7:30 so 8:00AM should be no problem. See you there.

I'll be the guy with a beard and a 12 year old. Probably in jeans and a flannel shirt.

Met smurfman for breakfast - great guy! and wandered the show. Not a bad little show. Ammo guys still smoking crack with their prices. Picked up a pretty clean Remington 572 (.22 pump) for $200. Not a screaming deal, but better than anything I've seen in the last year. Went to Burnsville pistol range but it was jam packed with a long waiting list. I think we need a new indoor range in the SW burbs.

If you built they will come. I'll do the HVAC. Since your building a range you should put an outdoor next to it for summer use. :)

They turned one of the ranges into a bowling alley.

I've always wanted to shoot pins at a regular alley. Image

If I get the 80 acres up north, I'm putting in a 1K yard range. :D

Gonna be one long ass cable run... I'm putting a video camera on a moving backstop. ;) No more spotting scope needed.

As of right now, the owners don't want to sell, and I'm pretty sure I don't have enough money to convince them otherwise - but I haven't heard back either way yet.

Are you talking about the Bloomington Armory? I thought the shooting range was converted into office space because the range was "too expensive to maintain"...

Dakota Sport and Fitness after the fire turned the range into a bowling alley. Last I heard that didn't work out so they tore that out and now it is full of workout equipment. If I remember right they had the fire and within a week or two there head RO/instructer died of a heart attack. They decided to just shut it down. That range was 3 miles from my house and I never got to shoot there. I got my 1st gun, went there to try it out and was told they had a fire the day before. :x
