I like the show but I have to DVR it then watch it, because I cant stand the reality show parts!

Great show!
The guy's that go to elimination, should be getting rid of the players that could be weak in the up coming sessions?
They always punish the players that didn't do well in the previous competition. In my mind the shotgun is probably one of the next things up so get rid of your weak shotgunner or who you think will be.???

Now that we are under 10 guys I put up a poll (due to website poll options restrictions).

I think the backwoods chris guy is a darkhorse sleeper and is gonna take this down. Jay has been amazing in his ability to athletically finagle his way through things he has barely any experience at. Gunny is a close second but I don't think he has the endurance for the big finale competition.

I voted for the shotgunner. I think I felt bad for him since he seems the least talented of the group, and I like an underdog. Not a huge fan of the show, but DVR with fast-forward helps. :)

Jay bugs the crap out of me! Arrogant and not willing to listen to the experts. His cup and saucer hold on the gun and not willing to change pissed me off. He should have been gone long ago.
But I'm sure he's a nice guy. for a guy that takes strokes on balls for a job. :P

I think George. He seems to be the most adaptable to multiple weapons. I think the shotgunner will be gone soon and I hope they get rid of that cocky golf guy next.

I'm going to have to avoid this thread - in fact I've only read the first page and decided to quit so as not to ruin my watching. I'm DVRing the season and am planning on a getting through them on a weekend while zapping the commercials. I agree the mechanics can be poor and the Drama seems to take the center stage some time, but as had been said many times - better than most of the Crap that is on TV.

Last season was frustrating especially when you would expect some of these people with the "credentials" to kick A"s but they don't. I also hated the "strategy" that sought to eliminate the strongest competitors and somehow leave the weaker competitors unchallenged - strange.

I have to give them credit for putting themselves out there and although they are being paid, they do try to "represent". I don't beleive in running people down for something I don't know that I could dol. One of my favorite qoutes is:

All that complaining early on because of the weapon of choice. It would be awesome to have that setup to put out on a range and have a blast with a 10/22 some Saturday

I did enjoy watching Jay beat Darryl though....maybe it will teach some of the ex-military guys to be a little more humble. Don't get me wrong, Jay bugs me a lot too, but i do sorta like him always being discounted, but managing to pull it off when it really counts.

I don't think he will win, but i would love to see him eliminate George. That guy's ego could afford to be taken down a notch or two :D

Tried to stay out and did until today :evil: Jay seems to have an A.. full of ways to pull it out. He won't win but he'll make it tough on the others if his inventory holds up.

I got to say, the group left seems to be pretty low on class. I place a pretty high emphasis on honor, sending up Jaime who came in 2nd was lame. That George dude rubs me the wrong way for sure.
