I don't know if the OPs was, but mine is - is it actually illegal for a person to carry on private property with a BAC of >= 0.04? Leave out the question of good idea vs. bad - I am only concerned with legality at this point...

is it legal to be on private property with a BAC of .10 to .08...
is it legal to ride a 4-wheeler on private property with a BAC of .10 to .08 or higher.......
