Can't wait to get them, and put on my Mil Spec.

Are you going to use hex or just standard flat head on them? How did you come around to picking these over a hundred thousand other choices?

Looks Sweet. I like what VZ has to offer. I'm looking at getting another set here soon I have the Diamondback ones right now on my Loaded Stainless. I use Torx screws.Think a T15 Torx.

I have the same grips in Black Cherry.

Note- The product photos on the VZ web site do not accurately portray the colors of the grips. Look for an image or two online from actual owners to see what the colors really look like.

I love VZ grips. The thumb recess is really helpful at making magazine switches more comfortable.

The quality is top notch, but some models do have very 'aggressive' texturing - which I like but some do not.

I fear putting these on my Norinco 1911A1 would cause some sort of rip in the space-time fabric and/or look something like the $3000 spinner rims on the $500 Grand Prix I saw on the way home rocking $1000 worth of license plate rattling subwoofers...

Personally I love them. Can't wait to do some shooting with them. I'm sure they will be the talk of the range. I haven't seen another set of VZ grips in the area on a 1911.
