This is a theme based shoot taking place in a hypothetical end of the world scenario. The shoot will be based on several stations, each with a unique shooting challenge that the individual or squad must execute.

Shooters are encouraged to dress up in full battle gear and equip themselves with a rifle, shotgun and pistol, as your survival depends on your flexibility and ability to adapt to achieve each mission's objective.

Ahlman's Gun Shop in Morristown, MN is not your typical shooting range. While the gunshop has literally thousands of guns and scores of hard to find gun parts, the range really makes this place unique. You'll find stations set up throughout the gun course catering to cowboy action style shooting, military/law enforcement style shooting and trap and sporting clays.

For the SHTF shoot, we'll be transforming Ahlman's range into an apocalyptic scene that will make the shooters feel they are competing for their survival. We'll be creating a surreal ambiance - the sights, sounds and shooting challenges themselves will immerse you in a world we all prepare for, but hope we never see.

Come join our team Airsoft match during the shoot
CC Military Surplus is going to incorporate the airsoft portion into the shooting stages. There will be stage-specific challenges and head-to-head matches, with guns and gear available if you don't have your own!

no the airsoft part is a seperate thing so if you wanna shoot person vs person for a more reactive experience im guessing

The Airsoft event will take place near the final hours of the shoot, All live FIREARMS will be taken off the range at that time so no accidents happen. I'm hoping they will allow camping on the range Friday and Sat nights like they did for Outbreak Omega 4, it was half the fun.

I have no interest in their airsoft, but I am going to this event for the shooting.

I had fun at Outbreak 4, and one of my prizes in the rifle bag I won was an unlimited shooting pass to this event.

My Wife is due to be giving birth within a week or two of this event. Our Third kid, but I promised I'd be there for her for all of them before we even started having kids.

There are other shooting events, but how many times do you get to be there for the birth of your child?

This was an amazing event Yesterday, Had a Pretty good turn out, about 170 people. My Favorite stages were the 2 person pistol trail and the Train 3 gun stage. I hope we can get a bigger turn out Next Year which is already in the works.

That was Kevin, He was one of the main people who set up the event.

I'm glad it went well. I am so bummed I wasn't able to go. Had about 2000 rounds of ammo loaded just for this shoot. Then an unexpected financial hiccup occured, combine that with the fact that I'm leaving for Wyoming this Friday on an antelope hunting trip. The result was me stuck close to home for the weekend. Only good news for the weekend was a pretty fair range session to prepare for taking out a couple "speed goats". Anything out to 600 yards is meat in the freezer (providing the wind isn't blowing 40 MPH). It helped ease the pain a little.

I hope someone puts some pics up somewhere, so I can at least see what I missed out on. If there is a SHTF2, I plan on being there.
