The officer can also be heard threatening to “put lumps” on a woman also involved in the traffic stop.

William, luckily, didn’t get his mouth blasted or his head caved in. But now, he is being charged with failure to notify — even though he tried.

I copied and pasted from the article and the article had put stars in some words. Now I have numerous infractions of attempting to get around the filter. In retrospect, it was a rules violation and the mods are not so unreasonable. My title was copied from the article's title and was pretty bad.
