I was just on my way here to say this. Thanks for taking care of that for me. Then again, it's understandable around here. These are guys who think that Sarah Palin and Michelle Bachmann are hot!

Michelle's sorta hot in person :)

Ouch, episode 1 which I skipped... every milling shot they have, they're milling into the rotation, instead of against.

Chatter, jumping bed, wrecked tools...

Oops, wait. The gunsmith with the red beard was doing it right.

I guess 1 out of 2 ain't bad.

Snowgun, how can you watch that show without screaming at the TV about all their poor machining?

It is tough. I finally got over it and realized they are just bubba'in **** together for giggles and tv drama. I sincerely hope they don't use the same standards when they are manufacturing customer's guns.

I like Flem's welding though, mostly because I can't weld worth crap (never really learned).

It does make me feel that I could so some hot **** with a FFL07 license and a dremel tool. :)

I love their dremel use. Just because it reminds me of every ****ed up home gunsmith dremel job I've seen on the interwebs.

The fact that they get $1800+ for their hackjob guns makes me want to set up a website and get my FFL07.

I could do full tooling for AK receivers for... maybe 1k. Set up to do them with a hand press brake, which I could also make for about 100.
$1100 and you have a setup to knock out AK receiver blanks for about $.40 each.

These guys give the real Cajuns on "Swamp People" a bad name. I'd much rather spend a day with Troy Landry than that buttplug Will Hayden.
