I would bet you would never see "Smith & Wesson" on a rocket.

Taurus is a four stage, solid fuel launch vehicle built in the United States by Orbital Sciences Corporation. It is based on the air-launched Pegasus rocket from the same manufacturer.

And it's really not that different.

FAILURE: Orbital Taurus rocket fails NASA’s Glory spacecraft

March 3rd, 2011 by William Graham

Orbital’s Taurus launch vehicle finally lifted off with NASA’a Glory spacecraft – at 10:09am GMT Friday morning - after being rescheduled due to a scrub during its original February launch attempt. However, the vehicle’s aim to deploy the Glory environmental satellite for NASA, plus three university CubeSats, via a launch from Launch Complex 576E at the Vandenberg Air Force Base in California, failed when the fairing surrounding the payload failed to separate.

Ya, but they have good service so just package that rocket up and ship it back to them and they will replace that fairing. Just be sure to take out the insurance when shipping. You will have to double check the policies of USPS, UPS, and Fedex because I think if you tell Fedex it is a rocket they will charge you $1M in handling costs. Anyhoo, not a big deal, happens all the time Dean.

Yes but doesn't paying $40 for shipping get costly after the 5th or 6th time you ship it back under their lifetime warranty?

I don't get it? I have several Taurus Firearms and I've had no issues with them. Now if it had said Hi Point (yes I own 1) Than I would say they should pull out of the area as fast as one can.

Wouldn't there have been a few failure to launchs right off the bat first though?
