remington 1100's fair price

I have a friend at work and she wants to sell 3 shotguns that her father left her..she said he purchaced them new in the 70's..just trying to get an idea what she should ask for them...she was going to take them to the pawn shop but i told her i would ask you guys what a fair price would be for them...

#1 is a rem 1100 12 ga 2 3/4 serial number L239***V
#2 is a rem 1100 LW 410 ga 3" serial number L334***H purchaseed in 1974 it is like new.....
#3 is a rem 11-87 Premier 12 ga 2 3/4 or 3" serial number PC506***

any input would be helpful

Not sure about fair prices but when she is ready to sell I have interest in the 410. Let me know how much she wants for it.

Barrel length & choke would be helpful too.

Gunstop and Frontiersman often have nice 1100s below $300
