Hey, wake up, this might be important.

This is one of the scariest emails I have seen! I have not checked it with snopes.

SOMETHING YOU MAY NOT KNOW THAT IS HAPPENING
Who is buying companies, manufacturing guns ?????
For the last several years a company called The Freedom Group has been buying up gun and ammunition manufacturers.
Some of the companies are Bushmaster, Marlin, Remington, DPMS, Dakota Arms and H&R.
Some people worry that this Freedom Group is going to control most of the firearms companies in the United States . If you control the manufacturers you can decide to stop selling to civilians. What a perfect way to control guns.
Now if you do some digging you will see that The Freedom Group is owned by a company called Cerberus Capital Management.
Guess who controls Cerberus??? GEORGE SOROS !!!!!!!!! One of the
most evil men on this planet who wants to restrict or ban all civilian guns.
Please pass this on to all your freedom loving friends. This needs to come out. Why have we not heard about this in the "mainstream" media? I would think this would be BIG news. (Soros also owns Progressive Insurance)
If you don't know who George Soros is, you need to do some
research. He backed Obama with millions of dollars and
Obama is a puppet on a string controlled by Soros .

Yeah, but what snopes won't tell you is that soros bought not only snopes, and most of the internets, but the entire tinfoil industry as well. This is worse than anybody knows.

I honestly don't believe that it is a liberal plot, the last thing those guys wanted to see after Obama won was more guns out in circulation.

Shortly after the election I went to Wal-Mart to buy some .45 WWB and they were all out, of all .45 ACP, and most of the 9mm. The clerk told me one guy came in that morning and bought a shopping cart full of ammunition. He told the clerk he had inside info that Obama was going to limit ammunition availability because it was easier than regulating the guns themselves. I got the same E-mail he was talking about, and promptly investigated it before discarding it and not forwarding it. I also know that I was not the only person who tried to buy rounds that day to find empty shelves, and the rumor proved true due to self fulfilling prophecy. That ammunition shortage went on for way too long, and now the price hikes seem to be sticking around. I used to buy 1,000 rds of FMJ .223 for $159.

What it boils down to is Soro's is a moneygrubber first, a political animal second. I don't buy the Snopes claim that Soro's isn't involved with Cerberus, but I also don't think he'd close down moneymaking enterprises he spent good money to buy. Hell, he probably came up with the idea of scaring people into think Obama was going to take their guns away just to increase profits. That actually makes more sense to me than the rumors.

He IS planning on making ammunition practically impossible to get, along with a number of rifles and handguns. Included in this list are weapons such as the Springfield M1A and the Glock 19! Time to stock up before it's too late!
