So what happens to machine guns that are legal in your state, but say you move to a state where they are not legal? Are you forced to sell them? Or is there a way around it since you already owned them?

If that were the case, I'd "move" to Arizona for a year and come back with a bunch of fun guns.

Unfortunately, it isn't. Some will claim that putting them in a trust allows you to take them where you wish but I wouldn't suggest you test that theory.

Has anyone here ever actually used the "Trust" route to manufacture an SBR? It looks to be very easy.
Can the "Trust" route also be used for MGs?
