Yea, She's right. The officer probably should have let the kid beat him to death, so that the attacker could later spend some time tuning up on Carrilo's daughter with the same bat. Wonder if she ever thought of that?
with the Information I have here, this was justified. Period. This officer just took one more homicidal idiot off of the streets. Kudos to him.
