Well right now I usually just keep the gun between the center console and seat. Its pretty snug and doesnt move around under normal driving conditions but in an instance where an collision occurs it would probably go flying like that fbi shootout back in the 80s.
So right now im working on a rig that is mounted on the dash below the steering column mostly out of view but very easy to get to. I started by cutting up a plastic fobus paddle holster and began making a backing plate. I dont want to drill any holes in the dash and would like to make easily
removable as to not make my vehicle a target to would be theifs.
It seems like a good idea to me. Maybe im wrong?
