No one expected him to not honor his part of the deal. Yes I could take him to court you and I know what that would cost. He knows what he is doing, taking advantage of loose wording everything is worded even now that way. So the best people can do is what I am doing, make sure people understand you will most likely not get most of what he is promising. So am I wrong in doing that? I really like people who are not screwed telling people who got screwed to chill out. Really

I've done enough contract work in business to tell you that unless it was in writting within the membership agreement you most likely don't have a leg to stand on. Most agreements have a clause that states any thing not specifically stated in the agreement is not binding, and most will specifically exclude any other communications, versions or marketing materials. So you can have printouts of anything you want, he can tell you anything you want to hear, but if they are not part of the agreement then it is tough luck. Welcome to the adult table.

So everytime you purchase something or some service you have an attorney review it? Must be nice being on the receiving end of your legal fees.

Depends on the dollar amount, but if I was going drop $10K on a service you bet your a** I would get a legal opinion.

Yeah, you wouldn't ever want to trust anyone to stand by their word.

Jeez, I guess you don't like the OP, since you are getting into personal attacks.

I am sorry if I am pissed, but I get tire of the people who did not get screwed telling those who built the place with their huge donations from their lifetime memberships to chill out. Those who got in when the memberships were a few hundred have nothing to complain about of course, just don’t tell us we are wrong to complain. I have no beef with you, but ya I am pissed, so are about 10,000 others. We have not even talked about the guns that people are waiting for that were sign up bonuses’. Some people have been waiting over a year still no guns, I have been waiting 8 months for FS to transfer my old memberships to my son and his girl friend so they can use it. That was part of the membership up grade deal, yet to be honored. The list goes on and on. If you complain they ban you from the forum. You really do not know the half of what’s going on there I have been following it for over 10 years. ;) .

So you got into a deal that clearly did not have all the details in writting(if they are then a lawyer would be in order) now you bitch that the other party is taking advantage of what you believe are gaps in the deal. Guess you should have read the fine print(or lack of it). This is why slick marketing people exist, there is a sucker born every minute; buyer beware.

All I am saying is that no one expected him to completely ignore his membership promises. Your right I am to blame, but you make it sound like no one should ever be pissed or take the time to make others aware of the fact that someone is unscrupulous or they are whiners. I do not agree!

He is slipperier than rat sh*t. He has never lived up to his promises and cares more about his lifestyle than fulfilling commitments. For a while there was a new outhouse company there every Year. One of the instructors told me it was because he does not pay them and they take the crappers out (has talked to them while they are removing them). All you hear is about someone he did not pay yet he builds new million dollar houses. Say what you want you guys who got in cheap and tell us the ones who built the place with our thousands of dollars to stop crying, what he did was wrong! It now looks like he is going to pay for it. We have already it’s about time he does. I talked to a guy who just got back from there; he goes there all the time. He said there is a lot of new instructors, many of the old timers are all gone. Remember in his promo last summer " we do not have a cash flow problem" when some one says that you know they do.

This is most likely why they have not transferred my old memberships to the new owners. We upgraded to Diamond years ago and were able to sell or give away our old Legacy memberships. Wow am I glad I just gave them away, seem that’s they are worth now nothing now. What goes around comes around.

Why doesn't the "millionaire patriot" just pay his $300,000 tax bill? He's got so much money, after all. "Slick" just doesn't begin to describe the guy. How many times have Thunder Ranch or Gunsite been sued by their customers?

In case anyone thinks that Ignoramus Pizza's troubles are recent, he's been getting sued for a decade or more by various individuals and groups (and suing them in return). It's all a Google search away.

Again, I've nothing against the training, facility, or staff, but I'll never give that guy any money, even if a class there is $10 and comes with a free UZI.

All he has is a big mouth. He has been running down all the other training facilities for so long he has no friends in the industry. What he is good at is brag, brag and brag about how big he is now and bigger than he was last year. He was sending out flyers stating that rumors are that he is broke and has a cash flow problem; He assured every one he has lots of money? Well it looks like does have a cash flow problem now. I had a real gut feeling that he was in trouble, you wait he will have a new fund raiser that will make us lifetime members feel real special again, there is a sucker born every minute. Hell I was one of them. Go to my .338 lapua thread and look at my blown up gun. Real lucky I did not get hurt.

You just sound like you're jealous that you weren't the second person in the world to become a 4 Weapons Combat Master....

His "schemes" are still alive and well:

Thursday, March 22, 2012

Dear ,

LAST DAY!

If you have not yet taken advantage of the great opportunities delivered each month to my new Front Sight Patriot Group, then this is your second chance, but likely your last chance to do so.

The March Patriot Reward is $2100 in value for only $150 and if you take advantage of even greater savings, you get a free shotgun! Jump on this now because it won't last long.

See http://www.frontsight.com/patriot/shotgun1.asp

And here is a great video we recently created so you can share it with your family and friends:

1911 Fan quote in memoirium about carrying:
The purpose of a firearm in a defensive situation is to make the other guy leak from holes he was not born with. Your job is to install those orifices for him.
