Going to need a new Governor before anything resembling this bill gets passed. By then we will have a different looking Legislator. I do think a version of this bill could be passed if it is marketed correctly. This time around it was not.

Dayton is so full of crap. I wrote him a letter asking him to sign the bill and this is what I got back. “giving individual citizens greater authority to shoot than currently possessed by police officers.” What bull. Did he even read the bill?
