New Remington Enhanced R1 broke

I picked one up from thunderjohn for a great deal and finally got to take it to the range today. After 3 rounds the slide locked back and won't budge! Ugh. I'll let everyone know how Remington's customer service takes care of me, and what the problem turns out to be. It's supposedly covered under Remington's Platinum Service so I'll see how good it really is. Only the second brand new Remy I've bought and both failed miserably when new. In fairness my 597 came back completely repaired and a tack driver.

All wasn't so bad though. I'm new to 1911's , so I went with my friend who brought along a Les Baer, Kimber Super Match, and one of those new Sig STX's for me to try. Couldn't ask for better weather or better toys.
