Advice wanted - Digital scale

Postby minnesotatv on Thu Mar 22, 2012 12:28 pm

I'm looking for a Digital Scale.
Modest price and reasonable accuracy between ~50 to ~52 grains preferred.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
(Sam - I'm not planning on using it for powder).

edit: any thoughts or opinions on the Hornady GS1500 Electronic scale?

TIA

I have a RCBS Digital scale that is rated for 750 grains.
Used very little since the stuff I weigh is in excess of 800 grains most of the time.
$100 in original box with accessories.

I really like the RCBS scale BUT not big enough for me.
The Dillon Terminator measures higher BUT I don't like it.
The Denver instruments MX123 scale is great but trying to reserve it for special uses.

I was looking for a scale recently and went here http://www.oldwillknottscales.com/ and did some research, they shipped fast and have pretty good deals. The only thing my didn't come with is a tray for powder. I ended up buying a palmscale 7 and has been pretty accurate for what I am doing.

I've found this guy to be highly accurate for the $$$, just keep your cell phone and other RF devices away from it when measuring
