Criteria For Selling A Gun

For me, guns are like kids.

Sometimes you think through things, sometimes it is an impulse. They cost a lot to feed (some more than others). Some cause probelems, some are a dream to have around. But no matter what, once they are yours they are yours.

You can, I use that threat all the time. Does not seem to work though

i've sold one gun, and i sold it to an Iraqi Veteran who couldn't buy one otherwise because despite his service in a **** combat zone, he's under 21. the money i got for it was going to buy a different gun immediately, but that didn't happen. instead, months later, i got a Mosin Nagant, a stripped AR lower that i've assembled, and a progressive reloader. probably some booze too, i can't remember, it's all an alcoholic blur

I well sell one, but it has to fall under two criteria:

1) It is typically unused
2) It is being sold to directly fund the purchase of another

This is my criteria too. After discovering the 1911, I just didn't shoot my SIG p239 and a few DAO firearms. They were good guns, but something I just didnt shoot anymore.

Or is it's the same but this one is blue and this one is nickel and this one is black....what to do????
It's like picking one of triplets to put up for adoption. I can't do it.

well, not all of us has limitless fundages...
you're definately not the only person here that has a hard time getting rid of a firearm, Sawgrass, but there's many on here that don't have your kind of obsession. i mean devotion. yeah, devotion!

I didn't say that at all. It must be unused to be considered as salable. There is a big difference. I have several I seldom shoot and I plan to keep.
